I have been a client at Advanced Cosmetics and General dentistry for over 25 years. I had an issue with my cap on Friday and was away for the weekend. Dr Nosti called me right back and left me a message I was in the chair that Monday and had my tooth temporarily repaired. I always have peace of mind if anything goes wrong, that I know I will be seen as soon as possible. I live the convenience and all the ladies that work there are amazing !!! I will not go to any other dentist. Top notch !!!!!!!

The staff very knowledgeable and very nice and the nurses the same way they’re very knowledgeable and know just what to do for Dr Nosti,, It was the first dental experience that I had that wasn’t scaring me to death. Hopefully things will get taken care of which I know will I would recommend anybody to go to this practice. It’s great you won’t regret it.!!!

I can’t say I’ve ever described a dental appointment as enjoyable, but Dr. Nosti and his team changed that for me! I had two fillings done today, and the entire experience was fantastic. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was seen quickly, Dr. Nosti was very personable and attentive, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. What really stood out to me is how closely he works with my orthodontist. It makes me feel like I have a solid team surrounding my care, and that level of communication and collaboration means a lot. I highly recommend Dr. Nosti and his staff. They provide exceptional care and make going to the dentist a much better experience than I ever expected.

Impressive experience overall. The office staff is caring, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and patient through every question or concern. They truly mirror the professionalism and compassion of the dentist. Never thought I’d say this, but after just the initial consult, I’m actually looking forward to going back for treatment and cleanings.

Dr Nosti and his wonderful staff have been so great to me since I first started coming here in Mays Landing in 2025. I was instantly comforted by a staff with a calm and caring approach, as I came to them hurting and scared. It’s very encouraging. My appointments are always on time. The office is so very clean and ultra modern. Dr Nosti is confident in all he does and gentle. It has taken my fear away and replaced it with health and new joy! Dr Nosti always checks to see how the process is going along the way in the visit. Truly a consideration that helps so much. My appointments are always on time. I always been treated with dignity, everyone there, from just a phone call to explaining my treatment and after care to me as many times as I need. It matters,Thank you! I don’t have to worry if someone can or would help me. The difference in care here is so apparent I can’t believe I didn’t do this for my health, my self sooner. :) Thank you so much to Dr Nosti and all the staff.
